communication policy
ad33 will record and keep all email and instant messenger communication and may copy it to another leader. in all communication, if a situation arises where a young person or leader is uncomfortable with the communication occurring it will cease immediately. ad33 will not guarantee confidentiality, however leaders will not share information beyond what is necessary to protect the best interests of the young people and leaders. communication with individual leaders may be shared amongst the leadership team but it will not go further (except in general terms which do not identify an individual or where deemed necessary in accordance with the child protection policy).our full communication policy is available on request.
