event: gail chamberlain
gail chamberlain (pastor at calvary church, kingswinford) will be coming to kinver to speak about her new book, harvest from heartache. the book tells of how gail and her husband paul saw God bring the harvest of calvary church from the heartache of watching their son die of leukaemia.
"When a Kingswinford mother's four year old son died in her arms in September 1986, after a painful and moving three years fight against leukaemia, she had to re-assess the future. During her son's cancer treatment, Gail Chamberlain, her husband Paul and family experienced the joy of remissions and the despair of relapses before enduring a parent's worst nightmare when Matthew died."
gail is a gifted speaker and this promises to be a very powerful evening. more details soon.
