akwa

19th-21st september 2008

the sixth annual alive and kicking weekend away takes place in an exciting new venue and we've lined up another fantastic guest speaker this year to work with our experienced and talented leadership team to bring you akwa 2008 - get connected.

the usual main sessions and workshops will focus on the body of Christ and what it means to be a Christian in the wider world. we'll also be looking at what this says about our purpose and talents. there will be a whole host of other activities including saturday night entertainment, late night questions, challenges, sports, music, games, a big screen film and the prayer and diary rooms. we've also checked out the local countryside and will be taking some extra-special early morning walks. on sunday afternoon we will have a time of worship bringing together the workshops and main sessions and sharing our experiences of the weekend in praise of God. there will also be time throughout the weekend for any other questions or issues you may want to discuss. akwa 2008 - get connected!
